To be eligible to receive a £50 M&S voucher all you need to do is follow the simple steps set out below:
1. Free no-obligation assessment and survey.
To ensure your Age UK Stairlift is exactly right for you, call 0800 019 8625 and Handicare will arrange for a free no-obligation technical survey at a time convenient to you. At this visit they will conduct a client assessment at the same time as conducting a full staircase survey.
2. Place your order.
Once you've chosen the right product to suit your needs, you will need to place your order.
3. Wait for your Age UK Stairlift to be installed.
Once your order has been placed, Handicare will contact you to make arrangements for the installation of your new Age UK Stairlift.
4. Enjoy your £50 M&S voucher.
Handicare will send you a £50 M&S Voucher within 45 days of your Age UK Stairlift being installed and upon payment of the purchase price in full.

Will existing customers receive a £50 M&S vouchers?
No. This offer is only available to new customers whose orders to purchase an Age UK Stairlift, are placed between [1st January and 29th February 2012.]
When will my £50 M&S voucher arrive?
Your £50 M&S voucher will arrive within 45 days of the installation of your new Age UK Stairlift and upon payment of the purchase price in full. It will be sent by Special Delivery. Royal Mail will require a signature from whoever receives it.
What if I'm not home when they arrive?
If you miss delivery and there is nobody available to sign for your £50 M&S voucher, you can go to a Royal Mail Delivery Office and collect it (with the delivery card and one form of identification), or arrange a redelivery online or by phone. If your £50 M&S voucher is not collected or delivery rearranged within 21 days, it will be returned to Handicare.

£50 M&S voucher offer: Only available to new customers who purchase an Age UK Stairlift between 1st January and 29th February 2012. This offer is not available with a Price Match Guarantee. M&S vouchers will be sent within 45 days of the installation of the Age UK Stairlift and upon payment of the purchase price in full. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
